i wanna increase my weight but fear of increasing my belly too, can someone help me with some easy abdomen exercise,

It sounds like you need to work out a specific abdominal muscle called the transverse abdominus. This is your inner abdomnial muscle and contracts with many movements that involve moving your stomach inward as well as tightening it.

You can exercise the transverse abdominus by laying face down and resting your torso on you arms, wich will be parallel and adjacent. Your four arms should be on the floor and the other half folded between them and the torso. You then raise your torso off of your elbows but keeping your forearms and elbows on the floor. Once raised you will only be a few inches up but you will feel alot of straining and contracting by your abdomin- that's your trans...

Doing this will help to bring in your stomach more, rather than letting it sag. Has anyone ever told you to flatten your stomach and tighten your abs while orking them? The flattening is for this muscle as well as good form. In fact, it's reccomended that you do some abdominal tighening/control as a means of posture when doing anything. I once spent a week working on nothing but squats and benching to perfect my form and my abs were incredibally sore- more than my legs and chest.

Just start off by doing this with any exrecise and abs. Once you've built up that minimum strenght, start to work it out and progrees.

Oh, and as for your boyfriend, tell him he's gotta work out too. (if he's buff call him concieted- that drives fit people crazy).

Its a lot easier than dealing with a breakup and will pls the two of you. Go onto a high protien/carb diet for about a two months. If you like the results, slack off at the desired wieght. The trick to a non protruding abdomen is not to increase the amount of food you eat, but increase the weight gaining agents that food has to offer. You can even try weight gaining supplements, which you will probably help with faster results. Remember if you increase the amount of food intake you will strecth your stomach which will cause the "protruding" look.

When someone cares about you, they accept you the way you are. If you are underweight, I would suggest trying to gain some weight instead of trying to lose some of your abdomen. Get rid of your boyfriend, he will never be happy with the way you look. What about if you get married and you have a bigger belly after having children? Dump him, child, there are plenty of others out there who will accept you and love you just the way you are.

Get rid of ur bf. I know about people that are like way to skinny or way to fat. The best is a couple things, 1 is realy dumb ur bf if he dont like the way u look. 2nd is be very happy about how u look in the mirrow. 3rd thing is eat heathly. You didn't hear from ur mom/father/sister?/or brothers? about them tell you what ur boyfriend is saying to you. You will find someone that REALLY loves you, just for you. Weight and looks are just a side step when people are in love

First, tell your boyfriend to get a life...
Second, if you are really bothered by it, lay on your back and put your legs together and lift them up about 6 inches, and keep them up for a 5 count, then repeat, about 20 times a day, do more as you get used to it.

1st Dump the Loser, the min you start doing what he wants, he is a control freak, if he don't like you for what you are and what you could be, then you don't need him. Try to eat a well balanced diet, meaning proteing to carbs. doing a good workout regemine will help, running, weights and cardio. just eat healthy, Don't give into his wants, do what is best for you...

I don't know any exercises that could help but my advice is dump your boyfriend.

If he gave a *#^% about you he would not be asking you to change your body.
