Camel, Natural or Gold colored pants will look very sharp with red shoes, as well as knee length pencil skirt in the above mentioned colors. A sexy white button down blouse, tucked in of course, with the buttons undone to a flirty length will go beautifully with pants and skirt. As far as handbag color, your handbag and shoes should always match. You will have a sophisticated/sexy put together look.

With nice fitted black slacks and a white blouse. I wouldnt carry a red purse... the color red is too hard to match perfectly and you dont need a matching purse to be stylish...just dont choose a puse that is orange or pink... I always carry a white Guess purse. I have like 20 of them.

Red heels and a light gray pantsuit. In this case, no a red bag wouldn't be too much but with casual outfits, yeah, that's too matchy matchy as Michael Kors would say. White jeans and red heels or a white skirt and red heels would look great together also.

I like the look of single color of accessories with a neutral outift. For examples, a black dress with red heels and a red bag, or a suit with a red shell and red shoes. I also would wear any color shoes with jeans and fun top.

Black dress, gold accessories, such as a necklace or chain, gold earrings. You could add red and gold bracelet and manicure your nails with a shade of red to match the shoes. Lips the same shade of red. Wear stockings that are flesh tone, not black. A black or gold clutch would be nice too. The red is nice just as an accent.

Cassandra is right, but don't overdo. The red is an accent only. I'd say shoes with scarf/necklace, OR shoes with purse. Matching nails and lipstick of course.

It can also look very good with gray.

Black dress...don't do the red purse, just a black clutch. Keep jewelry simple. Silver looks great with black. This will keep your look classy and from looking too overdone, or like you're trying too hard.
