my daughter is interested in modeling, hopefully, we've found something of interest for her, but she is enthusiastic about it. J. casablancas, seems to have been around for a while and has modeling training centers all over the world, I just wanted to know if anyone have ever did the training or know someone who has. I went to BBB and found minor complaints, that were resolved, but nothing really negative, I figure you gotta start somewhere, so let me know..

I’m in a production at my university and there is another actress that seems to have a problem with me offstage. I have gotten many nasty comments from her in rehearsals and just ignored her or tried to say something nice to her and change the topic because I didn’t want my attitude to be negative to her on stage. Yesterday we were practicing a fight scene we are both in and she really hurt my arm and really hit me in the nose! I want to say it was an accident, but I really don’t think it was. I asked her to be more careful next time and that she really hurt me and she told me I “should shorten my nose”. This is very immature behavior for someone in their mid 20’s and I’m starting to really not feel comfortable working with her. I don’t trust her at all, which is really bad. My director saw what happened but just said that she needs to pay better attention to what she’s doing. Has anyone else had a problem like this with a fellow actor? How can I handle it professionally?

Do you know of any Acting Classes in Nashville, TN? Preferably inexpensive, because I'm only twelve, so I do not have any money. My parents will have to pay, and my father is in medical school (so he doesn't have much money) my mother isn't actually rich either. If you can, please let it be close to Trinity Lane, (where my African Dance class is). I really would like to act, and soon, so I need some acting classes and lessons(which are the same thing, I know). That mostly it. I am twelve years old, live in Nashville, TN, and I would like something close to Trinity Lane. I want to act, so maybe if you knew of some places that need child actors/actresses, you could tell me! Thank You!

Just read 'Death of a Salesman' thought it was great. Am quite well read with novels but would like to now read more plays (and maybe go see them) any suggestions? I've read 'The crucible' and 'Journey's end' and complete Shakespeare, am looking for something that isn't neccessarily on the curriculum...?

Modern Classics, maybe?? Where to start...?

Of the listed below, for those of you who've seen them (and know them well), I'd like you to list both your favorite song from them and the FIRST ACT finale (not the finale to the whole play, just the first act).

Thanks.

1. Grey Gardens
2. The Color Purple
3. Gypsy
4. Cabaret
5. Flower Drum Song

Thanks tons.

im going to audition wed. (singing) with ITS...or International Talent Showcase, and I wanted to know if they were for real or a scam? I already looked them up with the BBB..and they have an outstanding record with no disputes or negative feedback. also, do they ask for money?...because i dont believe you should pay for your own talent.
