The Disney channel does not have agents. When they're casting for a show, they contact agents (of whom there are literally hundreds in the L.A. area) and describe what kind of actor they're looking for (gender, age, special abilities, etc.) The agency sends over headshots and resumes, hoping that some of it's actors will get called in for a closer look.

You dont. You have to be an experienced actor to get a job on disney channel. You and the tens of thousands just like you are just hallucinating to think you could ever get on tv.
Forget it.
