Im 14 years old and over the summer I was told that i had a great body and should look to become a model-- by family, friends, and people i didnt even kno.
I want to try and see if i could learn how to be a model-- uk take pictures... possibly be in some magazines-- or just anything!
I live in central new jersey, so i dont want to go TOO far.

All the real work is in New York, and you're a lot closer to New York than most girls who want to model.
You will need your parents' permission, of course. Don't waste your time with "modeling schools" that want money from you. Send some good amateur shots of yourself to the real modeling agencies in New York, and see if they'll take you.
I have to warn you though, if you're not tall, or don't have one or two absolutely perfect features for what is called "parts" modeling, chances of employment are very very small, no matter how pretty you are.

do a web search of your question, but the major modeling agencies are in NYC.
