When I needed to cry on stage I used to think of my mum's sister Auntie Cyn who had her food shopping stolen when she went back in the shop to complain about being given a foreign two pound coin. Now it doesn't work and I laugh hysterically. Help please, thesps.

Looking for a good high school play to perform with minimal set and a good number of parts. I know its a tall order.... that's why I'm asking for help. I have lots of time to prepare so that isn't an issue I just can't come up with any ideas. Any suggestions would be stellar. Thanks!

My boyfriend of six months does community theater, and he just recently landed the lead role in a production, where there is alot of romance involved with the female romantic lead. So, I want brutal honesty here. How often to actors fall for each other during the rehearsing, etc. of the play? Is it pretty common?

The film was named for a year such as 1916. The musician, a piano player, was born on the ship and later was befriended by a trumpet player. The piano player refused to leave the ship for most of his life.

So far, I've only located two: New York University (NYU) & the California Institute of Intragal Studies (CIIS). I've only found two that offer Drama Therapy certification - one in Kansas City, MO., & the other in Orlando, FL. I'm looking for something a little closer to home (MD).

many of the e answers i get are at best to be described as brusque curt and unfeeling and this is reflected in the language-dude-get a life etc and all this sub simpsons type rubbish, the attitude is at best indifferent and sometimes quite downright nasty-or do i need to get a life cos i am old and cant cope any more?
other problems are pppl not reading the questions properly and giving obvious answers
also ppl who have not read enough and as a result can njot construct a sentence in english or am i being nasty now
try to keep the answers withun reasonable boundaries of abuse

i heard that sumwhere on tv and here too.
if you can act good, or great, and you can speak one or two of the languages (french, spanish , chinese, russian), you have a higher chance on becoming a well known actress/actor. is that true??
