Performing Arts

I think it is a broadway play because it is an opera (the setting) but the music isn't really opera. Can anyone help me out?

Ok well in 2 weeks I have this duet to sing for church and this other girl. And well there are 3 verses. She sings the first one, i the second one, and then the thrid one is a duet. I have to sing the lower part. Here is the thing. I've never sang anything like that before with the lower part. I have till Friday to learn it well. And I've tried so far, and its hard to do. I could use some adivice of how to tackle this. I have no idea please help, im really freaking out about! Thanks

I'm the painist in a Choir and I I know the Chords for the song in the key of C Major. And my Teacher has told me to do the song in the key of G Major...Its just not messhing very well though...can anyone help?

My best friend just loves Barbara and has had a bad year, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This would be a lifetime event for him and defintely make him soooooo happy. I am doing a "little piece of theater" and at one point we are lowering pieces of chain from a steel catwalk. I was thinking of stripping down a 10 dollar pair of headphones and using the mini-speakers as a contact mic -- taping the piece right to the chain to pick up the distorted ...uh...chain sounds.
Think it'll work -- is there anything I should anticipate?

I go to a chorus early in the morning, and my voice is dry, grainy and gravelly when i try to sing.
and whatever i try to sing comes out forced because my voice can't get too loud without becoming falsetto and cracked.
my voice is kind of like Cinderella- it's horrible in the morning, and better at night. so. anyone have any tips on warming up/ drinks that improve your voice?

i'll appreciate any kind of help. thanks!

Hi my friends:

I have an Improtant question here. I started teaching the kids at the school I work how to play the spanish guitar. I have one student who is left hand. I tried to ecourage him to start playing right hand, and, to be the first time for him I think he did a great job. This student is 9 years old and I think he is able to learn how to play right hand.

Now the problem is: My boss and I had a disagreement about my way to teach this kid. I understand his point that maybe he would be more comfortable playing left hand. I am not agree with that, because I have friends who are left hand but they play right hand.

Should I ask my student how he wants to learn? Left or right hand? The problem is the school doesn't has any left hand guitars. I think to put the strings bakwords will help the kid, but we will face other problems with the instrument.

I would like an advice from those who are left hand and learned to play right hand. I don't want to frustrate this kid.
