I'm in my 30's and never have really listened to Bob Dylan. I do like his song "Most of the time."

I usually choose my music on a song-by-song basis. If I like it, I like it. If I don't, I won't throw away the artist because of it.

I think many people of Dylan's day just really liked what he had to say about the world.

No, you're not the only person who thinks that. Which doesn't make you right. He's a limited singer, his music doesn't have anything like the emotional power or appeal of (say) the Beatles', and there's an awful lot of boring/sentimental/daft dreck out there. But he's still more of a genius than you or I.

I still don't like listening to his music, mind you. But I like the work of the people he's influenced.

I never liked him so no your not I agree with you personally. Some of my friends would disagree and say you have "no" taste in music... but at the end of the day everyone has a "different" tastes in music to other people.

Bob Dylan is an amazing Lyricist, but he should leave the singing of his songs to people more skilled than him in the vocal department.

he's not bad on the harmonica.

Clearly not, otherwise he would have become a market boy, selling vegetables to passers by years ago.

Some of his albums in recent years have sounded as though that is where he has gone... but getting off of the god-kcik has helped a little...
