My father has written what I believe is a fantastic, incredibly imaginative chidlrens book. It seems as though it would make a brilliant movie as well. Does anyone know of any resources where we could get someone to take a look at his work?

Any other fans of one of the strangest writters I've ever read? His stuff's so off the wall. Not strongly based on Physical science, but still really gripping, fun ideas, all with a twist of fatalism.

We all know what happened to the one ring, but what of the rest? I have read all of the books, but I do not remember crossing what happened to the rings. Were they destroyed? Or do their owners still have them, even if they are burried with them?

My christmas break is comming up and with all the newly aquired free time on my hands I'll be bored out of my mind after several days. So instead of letting my brain rot in front of the tv I thought that this year I would spend my time reading. I like humour, horror and some smut, also any historical fiction. I'm open to suggestions.

My favorite book at the moment is In Cold Blood by Truman Capote.
So, it's a murder mystery type of book. And that book just left me in awe. A book that can evoke such emotion out of me is a great book.
So, I want a book that is like a murder mystery type of book, with the investigation and all that.
In Cold Blood is a non-fiction book, and I wouldn't usually read nonfiction but it was for my AP English class. The book is nonfiction, but it's written in a way that seems like fiction.
If you can give me specific books, not just authors, that are similar to that. They can be fiction or nonfiction.

ok so I just finshed the uglies series ( uglies, pretties, specials, extras) and before that i read the twilght series ( twilght, New Moon, Eclipse) and since I loved all those books especially the twilght series. so I cant find any books that would be nearly as good I know nothing is as good as twilght series but i want something that wont disapoint me.
