I finished The Time Traveller's Wife yesterday, which I reccomed highly (well, the writing is only average, but the story is amazing).

Today I think I'll either start Feed by MT Anderson, Ann Frank: Diary of a Young Girl (Believe it or not, I'm 16 and I've never read this book!), or reread HP1 for my first post-DH reread.

The Beckoning Silence by Joe Simpson. About his mountaineering adventures and mishaps. I'm totally enjoying it!

Just started Committed: The memoirs of a rabble-rouser, by Dan Mathews . So far, so good. This guy is a spokesperson for PETA and an advocate against animal abuse. It's pretty funny, the way he tells his story.

I'm reading Restitution by Lee Vance (2007). I'm really enjoying it.

It's about a Wall Street trader who's wife is murdered within a week of him cheating on her for the first time during a one-night stand with a mutual friend. The plot is very layered and interesting.

I love new fiction.

I am reading River God by Wilbur Smith at the moment. He certainly makes his books action packed from the outset and violent with plenty of hanky panky into the bargain.

A few days ago I finished a book called Great British Bus Jouneys by David McKie. People took the mickey out of me mercilessly because of that, but it was a really good interesting book.

Enjoy Angels and Demons, (guess who got a tattoo of the Illuminati diamond on his shoulder.)

I'm reading Plutarch's "Fall of the Roman Republic." It's a little like eating styrofoam, but I've got a source discussion due in a few days.

Finished the last Harry Potter book (again) this morning, read the whole 7 again. Tonight I'm going to start my very favourite book - Mary Stewarts "Touch not the Cat". I have to read it at least three times a year. Love that book.

The First Emperor of China by Jonathan Clements. Very informative but it's hard to keep all those warring princes straight.
