It's set in the past about a group of people who drink this water of immortality, this guy wants to market the water and use them to prove it works. He wants to kill them in different ways in front of audiences so they'll come back to life. He threatens to shoot this little girl who loves the youngest immortal and they give her the water to drink when she's older. But she gives some to this frog who's being chased (yeah I know it's weird) and I can't remember any further. I REALLY need to know what it's called so on the small chance you've heard of it or read it please let me know. Thank you :)

Generally I suppose the title would be "editor," but an editor decides if the book should be published or not. I am more interesting in sentence structure, grammatical corrections, spelling, and better use of words; basically the way a story is written. What would the exact title of a job like that be?

We have SSR in class sometimes, and I need a book.
I like books about like, highschool (cuz I can make connections), and horses, and are there any (fiction) on medical things such as Vets?

I've been involved in writing for a couple of years now. I have a decently broadened lexicon. However, sometimes I will blank out and not remember any words I've looked up in the past and will constantly be looking them up on dictionary.com or somewhere.

If anyone has any tips, I would be appreciated if it could be learned on how to remember words effectively. I consequently forget them most of the time, and when I see them again in someone else's work I often ask myself "why can't I remember?"

I will award a best answer 5 stars.

I'm 14. I have a job and work every Thursday Saturday and Sunday. I'm also a freshman going to a private school. I have had some very funny experiences(Enough to fill a 200 page book I'm sure). Should I take these experiences and turn them into stories?

My son has started writing a novel about a week ago, and so far the word count is 2,611 words. His novel is about a girl who meets a witch in her dreams. He has only written another story that was around 6,500 words, so he still has the habit of making the long story short.
What font size should it be? Currently he is using 11 font size Book Antiqua.
All these questions answer my 9.5 year old son, eager to write. :)

you know how it goes, you come up with a great idea and start ploughing throught it, words flowing effortlessly through your fingers. it's fun and it's easy and you're getting through it pretty quick.
then, bam. something happens are you're left stuck for words.. suddenly the scene you've written seems all wrong, suddenly your characters are stiff and unconvincing. you press on for a bit longer, writing and rewriting it, but it's no use. it's over and you know it. you label it untitled71628 and let it rot with the rest of your 1000's of unfinished pieces.
HELP. unfortuntely this has been happening to me for a number of years. I love to write, I love the process of writing and the thrill of seeing where the story takes me, but it's next to impossible to actually finish a story in a way that doesn't make me want to scrap the whole thing! does anyone have advice? thanks in advance!

I'm trying to decide which site I should register books with:
www.frugalreader.com or www.paperbackswap.com
Does anyone have a sense of which has better selections? They both offer 2 free credits for signing up (down from 3 a few months ago it appears).
My reading taste is typically fantasy and science fiction, btw.

Thanks in advance
