When 'Insomnia' got here out he did a excursion. He learn somewhat from the publication - he is an first-rate reader. He replied questions from the viewers. He has a tight humorousness. He appeared high-quality. He made a comment that his spouse most of the time best had two hundred folks at her signing and any person requested in which the signing was once and he mentioned in was once someplace in Maine, which shot down any people going to her signing. When he was once performed, he sneaked out the entrance door. We had been all looking forward to him on the degree door. Technically, I have not met him, however I was once within the identical room with him...

(1)I'd ask him how much creative control he can retain when his works are translated onto film (movies or TV). (2)He has been criticized many times for not being able to write from a woman's perspective. Yet he does....A LOT. What does he like/find challenging about writing from a woman's perspective? Whose perspective does he most enjoy writing from? A child's? A woman? A man? which does he think he's most successful at? (3) I guess the BIG question I'd like to ask...but you'd have to tread carefully....I know the accident he was in embittered him. He was very angry for a long time. Has he reconciled his bitterness? How did the suicide of the guy that hit him affect him? Does he actively fight against allowing this bitterness to creep into his stories? Be careful on this one. I think it's a very personal and touchy subject, still, it's the one I'd most like the answer to.

Well, obviously he'd be very busy, and you wouldn't have much time to talk to him as you would with a normal person (and Stephen King is not normal). Here's a list of things you could say:

- "Can you write a novel about me?" (jokingly, of course)

- "Do you have any advice of what I can do to stop Carrie White to coming to our prom?" (He'd find that cute, I guess)

Have any of his stories ever had a negative impact on him? Is the way these stories come about something that he imagines, or have his stories ever been based off of his fears or nightmares?

That's what I would ask, then I would definitely say awesome writing...

And I can't wait until The Mist comes out!

Well, because of his books(and I've read them all-except the westerns)I have been in LOVE with horror!
I now own hundreds of books by all horror authors.
I would probably ask him when he was going to write more scary stories.

He has said in interviews that his stories, some of them were based on personal experience then expounded. I would want to ask, are all your story based on some true fact or memory?
