Heart-Shaped Box by Joe Hill was good. I also read Velocity by Dean Koontz and enjoyed it as well.

This is a pretty subjective question, but I'd recommend trying some of John LeCarre's older novels. The Spy Who Came In From The Cold is a classic full of subtleties, amazing characterizations, and complex plot twists, as is Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy.

This one is based on Factorial events and it is in reference to certain events in the 20th century [ I"ll let you guess what] It is called " Behold a pale horse" . It is def not boring and is an excellent read. I do not know the author but go to amazon and search for it. If you want something a little lighter try "teen drama".

I would recommend a book called "Reflections" by Kaze Woods.
It is a supernatural story firmly placed within the realms of urban fiction yet exhibits elements of non-fiction as well. Unfortunately, it is a print-on-demand-title meaning you can only order it online. You can get it at barnesandnoble.com or amazon.com.I believe that it is cheaper at amazon.com.
