Queer.

This sends out quite the wrong message to our young people and J.K.Rowling should be censured fro this, especially as the fact was not apparent in the stories and has been declared after she has taken milliions of pounds fro the series.

I'm just having trouble coming up with words to desribe his har and his full lips. I don't want him to sound cliche or femine. This is for my story and I'm a little stuck! Help would be great. Just tell me what you think of the way he looks. Word that you think describe him.

Here's some pictures of what actor I think looks ALOT like him.

i have revise my story a couple of times, I did not liked it so I rewrite it this is the 3rd time,
However, third is not the lucky charm, sadly i am stuck in chapter 5
i seem not to pass by it.
i change the story, i notice it is so much better,
i love it but...i can't write it no more, every time i
sit to type i feel discourage, no spirit or excitement what so ever.
i have by the end of the year to finish and things are not looking well.
what can i do to make my head work? by next year it has to be in the
process of publishing,
it is a goal and a determination.

I am currently working on a project that is loosely tied to true events. What kind of legal information do I need in order to use these events and people in the book. I am "changing the names to protect the innocent" and either glossing over some things or embellishing some others for the sake of the story. In addition, I want to include before each chapter a song to introduce the chapter and to set the "mood" of that particular chapter. Would I have to get specific permission from each and every artist prior to getting the book published? Once all the legal maneuvering is complete, how do I actually go about getting the book published? Would I make contact with a publisher or should I hire an attorney to do it? Anyone with experience that can provide information would be so helpful. Thank you.

Things considered necessities. Things such as book lights, lap-desks and such. And what is the best bang for your buck on each item?

Ok so I'm writing a book and I need a little help. First of all, I'm using a sudanim (i think that's how to spell it) which means i use a fake name instead of my real one. I have the story outline, but my character names aren't very good. Any ideas of names? Thanks!

I am wondering if there is a predilection of Female fiction writers to feminize the strong, male characters in their books.

Rowling announced that she wrote her strongest grown-up male character as a gay man with a secret past.

Does this suggest a tendency to deny that strong heroic men can exist? By adding a gay subtext, is she admitting to a belief that straight men are dangerous or harmful?

Whether or not you agree with this concept...

Do you think that there are other examples of women writers seeking to feminize their strongest male characters? If so, who are they?

A few years ago I listened to a book on CD from the library that was really weird in an interesting way. I thought the name was Orchid, but I haven't been able to find it again. It was a science fiction book about a world where everyone had PSI linked to colors. The main character was a woman whose PSI color was white, and her PSI skills enhanced everyone else's skills. She worked as some kind of counselor or something, selling her PSI talents. The library has no record of it anymore. Amazon didn't come up with anything that seems like a match. Any other suggestions? Thank you!

And should the following lines in that 1st paragraph (of that 1st new scene) be indented or no?

For example, here is one version of the 1st paragraph (the paragraph is actually a lot longer in my manuscript, but I will spare you,) of a new scene:

"In a matter of hours, Mark's life somehow managed to both stay the same and change; quick-shifting beams of imbalance that affected him in ways he could not describe to anyone, least of all himself."

Is that the correct formatting, or should the lines following the 1st sentence all be tabbed?

Any good Vampire books out? ^^
I prefer if the main character was a guy...
And it would be a plus if he was gay or bi-sexual.. :D
Though, straight is fine too...(as long as its not too sappy) >__>;;

Sorry, weird requests, i know.. =___=;

~Thanks!

Another line I'm having issues with is:

"I was p-pushed," he stuttered.

Is that wrong? Should it actually be: "I was p-pushed," he said, stuttering. ????

Thanks for any input!

I used to read them all the time when I was in my teens. Now I have all these books, mostly new that I need to get rid of . I put them on ebay with the starting price as $10.00. What do you think the odds are of them selling? I am talking 200 books. I made two lots of over 100 each.

Today (or Yesterday eastern time) JK Rowling revealed Dumbledore's sexuality and that he is gay. However i was wondering whether anyone can see any references in the books to this. Some people are complaining that JK didnt make it explicit enough in the books. What do you think?

"A poor man is not a man without a cent, but a man without a dream"

I kinda know what it means but how does it apply to Of Mice And Men? like what r some examples?

Also, how does it apply to either the giver, the contender, holes, or the sisterhood of the traveling pants?

She never lies and she just said Dumbledore is gay to an entire press conference. It makes sense if you think about it but this is gonna not go well with religious groups and anti-homisexual people. This may have jepordized her position as one of the world's greatest writers.

Btw this is NOT a rumor.
