i have revise my story a couple of times, I did not liked it so I rewrite it this is the 3rd time,
However, third is not the lucky charm, sadly i am stuck in chapter 5
i seem not to pass by it.
i change the story, i notice it is so much better,
i love it but...i can't write it no more, every time i
sit to type i feel discourage, no spirit or excitement what so ever.
i have by the end of the year to finish and things are not looking well.
what can i do to make my head work? by next year it has to be in the
process of publishing,
it is a goal and a determination.

If you are stuck on Chapter five, perhaps it is because Chapter 5 should be left alone. Pass it by. See if you can move on. Don't be discouraged. You don't have to revise everything. See what happens if you leave it as is and move past it. If you don't like it, go back.
Also don't push yourself. It can take you a long time to find a publisher. You may not make it by next year. That happens. Sometimes it can take several years. Just chill and work on it.

That's not how it works. Not by a long shot. First, you finish your book. Pretty self explanatory. Second, you leave it alone for two months. Don't even look at it. Third, you start editing. And you edit some more. And some more. Then, when you think it's perfect, you edit it some more. Finally, when everything is absolutely perfect, to the best of your ability, you start looking for agents. Then, you wait. And wait. And wait some more. And get rejected hundreds of times. And then finally, maybe, one agent will like your work. Then and only then will you maybe start talking to publishers. You're not ready to get published. You don't have a publishing option. I can tell you that right now, based off the second sentence in your additional details.

You've probably been staring at it so long that you can't see it. Try putting it away for awhile.
If this is a goal, a fun way to finish it might be to sign up for NaNoWriMo. I know a writer who did that, just to motivate her to finish a first draft.
I know that temptation to rewrite. Every time you look at your work, you wonder if it could be better-- and it really is important to revise and edit... but at some point, you do have to let it go.

If English is the language used in your manuscript, and what you've written in your question is an example of your style, you have a long way to go. Especially if you hope to get into print.
Please clarify what you are trying to say here and maybe someone can help you. Myself, I feel as if I'm reading "The Color Purple", which used the 'voice' of Celie, an uneducated, poor young girl, with low self-esteem. The skilled author, Alice Walker, used proper English only in the letters written by Nettie, the sister who left home and lived in Africa, where she was educated.
Please understand, I'm not trying to put you down, but to help. Work on your English. The best way to do this is to read everything you can get your hands on.
The best of luck to you. Honest!

It's because you've hit the middle and you don't know where to go. Have you outlined your story? That will help.
Also, take a look at how other stories write the middles.
The middle takes 2/3 of your book so you have to write and focus on it. The beginning and ending is easy to write, as almost every writer will tell you. Most of the book is the hard part.
I recommend this tutorial which will help you to identify the middle of stories when you watch them on film (and in novels, but you can watch more films than you can read novels):

Also, take a look at this outline from the novelization of the movie, "The Mummy" and examine how the middle was outlined:

Good luck!

Try making an outline of what you want the story to be like. Jot down notes. Eat something as you write.

this is the big problem with writing. you are now in the big vacuum, and it is lonely. press on, press on, and keep pressing on. do something every day, and keep pressing. be unafraid to make changes, and press on. stick to your guns and press on. press on, press on, press on. if it kills you, press on. if there's no excitement, you must create it. if there is no interest, you must create it. so create it. you are the creator. create or die.
