First question: Has anyone on here written an Ebook before?

Second question: How do you go about doing it?

Last question: Are there any (free) Ebooks on writing? (Tips on writing, writing in general, getting a book published)

For me, the Harry Potter series are the only books I can fly through. They are just perfectly my style, I know it doesn't get any better than that. What do you think about J.K. writing nothing else but signatures? If you know any good Science Fiction books please recommend!

Earlier this year, I declared that I was going to write a book about how to get the most out of a higher education. I have lots of credible, valid research I can do at my university, with books I already have, and my writing skills. I have many fears: There are already millions of self-help books on the market, and I'm afraid my voice and ideas will just get lost in the ubiquitous glut of these books. I don't know what my tone should be, either. I aim to reach people of all ages who want a higher education, and I want to sound valid and credible without being condescending. Any suggestions on how I should market my book so it will stand out, and the best kind of tone to use?

I need someone to improve my story for me. IM me at realxdragonxfire to get my story. The length of my story is 6 chapters, and about 55 pages. It’s story is about a girl who doesn't know her biological mother and lives with her biological father. She falls in love with a boy and secretly date him, without her father knowing for about 2 years. Then the father finds out that they have been dating after the girl became pregnant. The father gets mad and doesn't like his daughter's boyfriend. Later, they get along after the girl fakes her death. Also, don't give me those answers that make me use my creatitivity because I've tried useing my creatitivity and it didn't work. Just give me straight forward answers. Answers like 'do this' answers. Please and thank you.

I knew this answer at one time but have since forgotten. I believe it is a reference to another fictional dual where "bosworth" was a faithful and honest companion.

So basically all I write are bits and peice of stories, but latley all I've been doing is writing alternate endings of my favorite books (mainly twilight, new moon, eclipse) or rewriting chapters of books in my own words. I can't think of my own story line about anything! The only story lines I can think of are already from books i've read! Any imaginative ideas?

1. In Deatly Hallows when Harry, Ron & Hermione figure out that Harry's invisibility cloak is one of the Hallows, it is stressed several times that the wearer is completely invisible to others no matter what magic is used. So how the did Moody's magical eye see Harry thru it, like when he was stuck on the staircase under the cloak?

2. Harry could not see thestrals in the 1st 4 books. I always figured Lily must have been in another room when she died protecting Harry. But in Deathly Hallows (during Voldemort's memory of the deaths) it makes it clear she was standing right in front of the young Harry's crib. So if he saw his mother die, why did Harry not see the thestrals until after he saw Cedric die?

Thanks in advance! =)
