I know for a fact that higher classes of people started to become uninterested in politics when Rome started to fall, but would that be considered a politcal reason why Rome's Empire fell?

A. Carrier pedestal/torchere bronzed finish white metal similar to pewter of a period wheat harvester with sickle and bundle of wheat on his shoulder. Period dress, feathered cap with long cape. Base suggest it was made in Poitevin,France circa 1850 -1860.

i just started inking a drawing i did on bristol board and made a small mistake, i know whiteout will raise the surface and be impossible to color over naturally, is there anything i can do or anything else i can use to correct the small error? i plan on coloring the piece with colored pencils or prismacolor markers, please help because i need to get this done for someone before xmas!
