Varnish that isn't sticky?

I paint glass.I use spray varnish,and spray finish,but both stay sticky for a long time.I spray them outside in the sun and air.What do I do?Does any glass painter know a good sealer that works and gives the glass a smooth feel?

You can buy bake off sealer. It hardens like glass. Not sure if it goes with all paints.
