I have a confusing family relation. Caroline Bobo may have been his daughter. It seems with the last name not matching she may have been adopted? Fincher Gist parents are listed as Thomas Bobo and Mary Ann Wix (Mary Ann was born 1889 and died in 1962) Hope you can find some info to help me, I'd appreciate it. John D. Long was a son or grandson, and he was the politicain that John D. (Davis) Long lake was named after in S.C. (yes it's the same lake that Susan Smith drowned her kids in.)

I work at a school and many of the teachers were saying they have more books in their classrooms than they are able to use and I thought if there was a chairty or organization that gives used books to people who need them we could all donate our extra books. Does anyone know of any such organization?

The studio was filled with the rich odour of roses, and when the light summer wind stirred amidst the trees of the garden, there came through the open door the heavy scent of the lilac, or the more delicate perfume of the pink-flowering thorn.
From the corner of the divan of Persian saddle-bags on which he was lying, smoking, as was his custom, innumerable cigarettes, Lord Henry Wotton could just catch the gleam of the honey-sweet and honey-coloured blossoms of a laburnum, whose tremulous branches seemed hardly able to bear the burden of a beauty so flamelike as theirs; and now and then the fantastic shadows of birds in flight flitted across the long tussore-silk curtains that were stretched in front of the huge window, producing a kind of momentary Japanese effect, and making him think of those pallid, jade-faced painters of Tokyo who, through the medium of an art that is necessarily immobile, seek to convey the sense of swiftness and motion. The sullen murmur of the bees shouldering their way through the long unmown grass, or circling with monotonous insistence round the dusty gilt horns of the straggling woodbine, seemed to make the stillness more oppressive. The dim roar of London was like the bourdon note of a distant organ.

In the centre of the room, clamped to an upright easel, stood the full-length portrait of a young man of extraordinary personal beauty, and in front of it, some little distance away, was sitting the artist himself, Basil Hallward, whose sudden disappearance some years ago caused, at the time, such public excitement and gave rise to so many strange conjectures.
As the painter looked at the gracious and comely form he had so skilfully mirrored in his art, a smile of pleasure passed across his face, and seemed about to linger there. But he suddenly started up, and closing his eyes, placed his fingers upon the lids, as though he sought to imprison within his brain some curious dream from which he feared he might awake.

Shall I compare thee to a summer's day? a
Thou art more lovely and more temperate: b
Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May, a
And summer's lease hath all too short a date: b

Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines, c
And often is his gold complexion dimm'd; d
And every fair from fair sometime declines, c
By chance or nature's changing course untrimm'd; d
But thy eternal summer shall not fade e
Nor lose possession of that fair thou owest; f
Nor shall Death brag thou wander'st in his shade, e
When in eternal lines to time thou growest: f

So long as men can breathe or eyes can see, g
So long lives this and this gives life to thee. g

When I die will you miss me
Will you remember those times you used to kiss me
Will you think back to long ago
When you and me would play in the snow
Will you want to hold me tight
Like you used to every single night
Will you forget everything I said
Or will you stay up late and cry in bed
Will you try to find someone to blame
Because you know things will never be the same
When I die will you be sad
Or thank God for everything we had?

I'm trying out for a school production this week (it's The Nightmare Before Christmas) and I'm going to audition for the part of Sally. I've never acted before in my life or been in a serious school play/musical. I really, really want this part though. What are some good tips for someone like me?
