The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves,
but wiser people so full of doubts.
Bertrand Russel..know wht this mean?

I think it is saying basically that the smarter people are full of doubt, so they keep their cleverness to themselves, foolish people talk so much because they are so silly and then the only information that gets passed around is foolish.

A wise person knows nothing is for certain while a fool will believe anything is possible and tell that means everything is true.

People with doubts, lack of confidence, second guessing are rarely happy. We can conclude from Russel then, that wisdom precludes happiness.
