I've had a subscription for guitar world for a year; it was alright, not great, but it was slightly too advanced, so I might subscribe to something else. I was just wondering what the differences, pros, and cons of guitar world vs. guitar one vs. revolver vs. any other guitar magazines are.

Suicide

Lying in the grass on a sunny day,
Wishing I would die and blow away.
Couldn't get much lower, in way too deep,
Way too many promise, I just can't keep.

Thinking of the ways one could end their life,
Wishing I could take it back and end the strife.
Swallowing a shotgun, doesn't seem my style,
Think that I'll just lie here and ponder it a while.

Poison is the one way, people give a try,
I don't even think so, I don't know why.
The taste of Cyanide wouldn't be so great,
Sprinkled on lasagna, on my dinner plate.

Suicide by cop, that one's tried and true,
Could he live with that one, the man in blue?
No, I couldn't put that on just anyone,
He is just a man, it's not fair to use his gun.

In the end I know that I'm the only one,
I came to realize while lying in the sun.
I know I'll go another day, living with the pain,
Sure would better suit me, if it just would rain.

I volunteered to take photographs of my friend's dad's wedding, and i know nothing about lighting or how to go about taking photo's at a wedding. I don't think they mind that part, they just want it done cheaply. I do have an eye for art, and 6+ years expeirence in photoshop. Any advice from fellow photographers out there, much appreciated.

...he was in his 40's during that period from 65 to 69. He's a writer by the name of Norman Mailer. When asked about LSD use in the 60's he explained that it opened a big highway to the mysteries of life and he was totaly against it's use, and never did used it himself. He said this,

"I felt it was too easy. I have always had this very strong, call it a feeling, call it a prejudice, call it a conviction, that the mysteries are not easily available. You have to earn entrance in to them." he goes on..."the people that were taking it were seeming to become less and less as they took it. They got emptier and more vapid"

What are your thoughts reading this? Can you describe an experience in which you earned into a mystery of life?

I ask this because I have used LSD in the past, but to this day I feel denied by "public conciousness" [as I call it], and it's mysteries. I keep thinking that people are seeing something in me, they don't want to learn or just don't like.
