What makes sense to me?

The way an engine works, most of what my parents tell me, and how many shots I can do before I fall down.

Those are just the concepts that I have a somewhat firm grasp on.

And I don't have an anchor-- because I don't have a boat.

Too many things to list and the same number that don't make sense!

Anchors are:
God.
I am.
There is always another day.
I am never that broke I can't afford to get 4 cans.
Even if everyone else on the planet was to die, I would still be able to find things to do and have some fun.

I can spend many a confusing hour with friends trying to work out what make sense and getting nowhere even approaching anything that makes sense to everyone. For me? It's faith in God. I can't work it out in the end. All I can do is know that I have total faith in Him and however much I may resist and argue my thoughts with Him, at the end He says I AM and I bow down to that and say OK, go for it! HE gives me a huge kick up the a** and I end up doing what He wanted me to do in the first place!

God. He is the only thing in my life that makes any sense. He is my anchor, my strength. In all honesty, nothing else on earth could be, the world changes, it always has and it alway will. God is the one thing that remains constant throughout all time.
God Bless!!

your interior self as discovered through reflection and the perpetual, unrelenting accumulation of knowledge about what you do not know.
and thats the anchor: you rely on the things that you conclude as truth (through reflection, etc) and you are assured by the fact that if you do not now know, you will find out....and you have the capacity to do so

Haven't worked out what makes sense to me, but if the wotsit hits the fan, seeing my nieces and nephews helps me feel back to normal again

There's a guy in england who stands to win a million if he can "prove" that there's an afterlife. I'm sceptical myself, therefore;

Live life to the full, you've only one crack at it.

Smile, and the whole world smiles with you.

Don't get mad. Get even.

and loads more I don't doubt.
