What fueled their desire to become a trendy hippy? Was it the alteration and change of music?? Then again I know that hippies changed the way music was...

1. So, what im asking is why was their a sudden transition of trend, attitude, and change of normality.

2. How did women start to gain their own freedom and power... from the old 1950s stereotyped "house wife"... Was it because of music liberation? Drugs?

Now now, don't get me wrong...
I was just reminded of the time
when, before the war,
the Taleban had declared that Opium production
was sinful
and halted it.

And, well, it kinda hit me.
By doing that, and for a brief
period of time at least,
stemming the flow of drugs to the U.S.,
didn't they save American lives?

I wonder can this question be answered. i am not so sure. Life I suppose means many different thing to different people. But what is the real meaning behind it all that is what I am after. Some would say we came about by pure chance but I can not accept that as how can something be created out of nothing. They also theorize on the big bang but I think it is nonsense to as that would suggest a beginning from zero. So theyre actualy trying to suggest that there was a huge void of nothingness for an infinite period and then this nothingness miraculously transformed to hydrogen etc and the whole thing went from there. This can not be as to me it is putting a very simplified slant on the initial spark. I would be very interested in your ideas!

A father and son, on their way to baseball game, are involved in a horrible car wreck. The son is rushed to the hospital and wheeled into the emergency room. The doctor, seeing the patient, exclaims, "I can't operate - that's my son!" Question: How can this be?

This is not orginal (I am not the source). I am merely posting this as I am curious to see how people react to this.

Thanks.

Because I'm a huge fan of the show Dancing With The Stars and whenever I watch the show I practically find myself off the couch trying to imitate the choroegraphed moves I decided that it's time I get myself some ballroom dance lessons. I found out that my school is giving ballroom dance lessons for a really cheap price. how much effort is needed? I want to learn as many dances as possible. A friend of mine who's already in the class said that I already have the basic moves down and that I need a teacher to help me with stuff like posture and doing the moves correctly. My friend also said that I'm already ahead because I already know the differences between all the dances. How much will that actually help me? Any other tips would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, i have a client www.shopbalagirls.com their photographer is shooting all of the products in front of a white sheet. The company does not have a lot of money, but we are looking for ideas for a white background. If we go to a camera store they are going to tell us to buy a crap load of lights and background stuff. We are looking for a make shift way to have a white background. Any ideas where to get this? Michaels? AC Moore?
