There are many, but there are no direct descendants of Adolf Hitler as he had no children. But he had relatives and they had children, so they are related to him.

Yes. Descendants of Alois Hitler, his older half-brother, and Paula Hitler, his younger sister. His younger cousin Aloisia was a mental patient and died in a Nazi gas chamber at a medical institute in Austria in 1940.
The children of William Patrick Hitler, Alois son, have been living in Long Island, New York for 50 years.

Yes, from Adolf Hitler's father's side of the family. I can't find any information about his mother's side of the family. I didn't research any farther than children of Adolf's father, so there may be distant cousins, as well.
There are three surviving half-great-nephews, Alex, Louis, and Brian Stuart-Houston, none of whom have progeny as yet. They are grandsons of Adolf Hitler's deceased older half-brother Alois Hitler, Jr. Their father is the late William Patrick Hitler, who changed his last name to Stuart-Houston after his discharge from the US Army in 1947.
All descendants of Adolf Hitler's half-sister Angela Hitler Raubal are deceased, as is Paula Hitler, Adolf's only full sibling to live to adulthood. Paula never married or had children.
There is a family tree at the link below.

There's a bunch of them, but they've all changed their last names. Many of them, I believe, live on Long Island, New York. They are normal, sane, patriotic American citizens.
There is some speculation that they have taken a secret oath, to not have any children, so that the Hitler bloodline will die out.
Hitler had a nephew that served in the U.S. Navy in the Atlantic war, in WWII. After the war he couldn't get a job, because of his last name, so he changed it.

I feel bad for them to have had Hitler as a relative. That's someone I wouldn't want in my family! I think we should respect their privacy. Their lives must be difficult enough.
