Most working americans at some point or routinely have to pass drug screens to attain and keep gainful employement. Isn't it then logical to require people who do not work and are receiving tax dollars to at least pass the same level screening?

Art is supposed to educate and show pathos, no? All of Pollock's work that I've seen does neither, and just looks like the tarpaulin beneath a set-painting session.

I'd appreciate it if someone could tell me -- seriously, not "Well it all depends on what you like...", because I could do the same thing and people would be like "You're an idiot." -- why Jackson Pollack and his ilk are considered art.

Okay, I want to do some research on my house and the property it was built on and the owners who lived there before me and my family did....So what site would be good for me to go to? I need to find out if someone died in my house, killed, murder, became very ill. If my house was built on some Indian Plantation or on a grave yard. If a person speaks his mind civilizedly and moderately to point out something that is wrong, why do others take offense on this and take avenge for themselves behind the scene?
For me, I like to hear what is wrong with me so I can reflect on it, and change for the better. If I am ridiculed, I take it light-heartedly. I don't understand why people can't be straight-forward with what is bothering them. I believe open communication is very very important ingredient to a good rapport.
