Hey ♥§ωззτ Diana♥,

The GENFORUM has a country forum for Bulgaria. There are a bunch of sites posted below, you can try.

Cindi's list is a place that has lists of places. Bulgaria brings up a lot of other sites to try.

Family Search.com is a maybe for you, depends if the records have been shared.

Then there are the vital record sites which may help, but also will cost. You can gry the GENFORUM for a particular surname also.

One great place is actually the GENEALOGY.com site. They have FAMILY Trees from all over the world. If you have the software from them, a few months are free.

Then posted are some look up sites for Bulgaria Genealogy, and the Search from YAHOO that was used to find those sites.

If you can let us know a name and approximate date of birth, we might be able to help. One thing to remember, is that back in the early twentieth century, names sometimes changed when they came to America, but mostly they were SPELLED wrong. I have a particular Dutch line that I had a very hard time finding records on in America. The records were there, its just that people spelled what they heard rather than asking someone how their name was spelled.

Also, I was wondering, did you check the immigration records at www.ellisisland.org ? During the period between 1892-1924 there were more than 20 million immigrants that came through Ellis Island. It is a free sight and you can actually see images of the original ships manifests!!

If you need any additional help, please feel free to E-mail me via my profile! Blessings.
