With all due respect an agent is driven by dollars, and they aren't truly interested in talent per say. Ovbiously a client of an agent who has talent has a greater chance of getting work, and the agent then gets a commission beyond the upfront fees, but they won't strictly care initially.

I'll also assume, given your age, this desire and certainly any fees aren't strictly in your control. With no real offense to that agency or others, they too are in "business" and very much enjoy clients who have and are willing to pay their fees.

I'm not trying to discourage you at all, I'm just very curious as to why so many on Q&A seem desperate for an agent, or representation. Anyone with such visible talent likely shouldn't bother with an agent until after they DON'T need one.
