Like "The Wall", or "Brain Salad Surgery" doing a parallel on a study for music therapy and need opinions on the works of Pink Floyd and what message you get from for instance "all we are is just another brick in the wall". And "teacher leave those kids alone". " Or " Do you want to be an angel do you want to be a star? Do you want to be the magic on my guitar? Do you want to be the pillow where I lay my head? You could be anything. But it really doesnt matter for it all gets so intent, and from my experience, it just doesnt seem to make sense, But still you turn me on" Can you wrap your mind around those statements?
And get a philosophy of your own in your own like or world?

have the money to do it professionally. I don't want it to look like I cut out the picture, and just placed it on a home-made card. Could I put the picture on, a little piece of scape-book paper. Since I don't know about copyrights and what's acceptable- I'm at a loss. I'm making a little business card for a dog-grooming/walker business. Please help if you have any suggestions.

i've read the books a few times and they are amazing each time...i have a few questions, though.
1-horcruxes: there was one in the ring, the second in the diary, the third in the locket, the fourth maybe in the cup, the sixth in the snake, and the seventh wasn't that the part that was destroyed when his avada kedevra curse backfired at him when he attempted to kill harry? o yeah, then there's the final one thats in his body. right?
2-in the seventh book, do you think snape will help harry kill voldemort? will harry die? will pettrigrew help harry also? will ron, hemione, or ginny die?
3-do you feel bad for draco? i do
4-i think cedric is hotter than harry (in the movies) and i like cried when he died...anyone agree w/ me?
5-why can't harry talk to dumbledore's portrait in his office to get advice?
6-wouldn't you think that dumbledore would put 2 and 2 together and realize that the basilisk came from the girls bathroom after myrtle's death?
okay, i have to stop procrastinating..

If anyone knows of a photographer who does senior pics and has very resonable prices let me know. I don't want to go broke for pictures.. but I also want them to be able to capture the right side of me.

Lactantius always spoke ill of Lucretius due his idea of a peaceful and undisturbed God that wouldn’t interfere with the world -for he foresaw in this the end of religion- but it is true a God deprived of its own perfection would be no God at all. It would be inconsistent with God’s nature to suffer from the very same affections that pull the strings of nerves and blood every human being is made of. No father would chose sides when his sons fight each other for petty things. If it were possible to drag God to our side he’d be deprived of his own will. Lactantius understood vengefulness as opposed to mercy and thought a merciless God a God deprived of forgiveness –for if God were deficient in one thing he would necessarily lack the other. What Lactantius does not see is that a God deprived of his perfection would be no pattern to follow and, therefore, this would be the same as basking in perpetual darkness. If God followed this path he would make his offspring orphan, there can be no doubt. It is not to God to turn human but to men to become like Gods.

When a person abandons all desires which enter his mind and remains satisfied in his Self alone, O Partha, then he is called a man of steady wisdom.

He said: "O Arjuna, listen. This inordinate desire of the mind becomes an obstacle in the realisation of the bliss. Even a person who is happy and contented is caught in the snares of the sense-objects because of attachment. When a person rids himself permanently of this desire and remains immersed in the joy of self, he is known as a man of steady wisdom.

Source :- Jnaneswari viz Bhagavad Gita

What are those ways and methods by which we can abandon all our desires ?
