If u don't mind dressing like a beggar then it is a very good option acc. to me.Its easy to dress up and the effect can be very good.I have also seen some one do a mentally retarded person!it was very good and she got the first prize toooo!

onida t.v add theres aguy with horns and tail which was popular.....
