But I just dont know where to start, I have someone ready to publish it, now I just have to write it :) I could really use some help.

Can you suggest any way that i can find my muse?

Think of character first. Who is the main lead? Then think of how that person might act. Then think of why. Ask a lot of what if questions. Is this person a witch? Against witches? Why?
Then think of something this person wants more than anything, something nobody wants this person to get. And a person who is really against this one getting that want. How will your theme of witches apply to that person? In what way is the story a fantasy? These are questions to ask yourself.
There's your opener. Always character first.
After that, find the proper point of view, to tell the story.
To help you most, look up some great writing sites and find all kinds of information in them.
Writerswrite is one good one.

Or put writing and fantasy writing in the search engine.

There's different ways to start to write a book ...if you are mentioning Witches ..I think that could be a great thing to do ...you have the option of survey people that had been in real life to those people call witches and ask for whatever ......or you can write a funny book about what people thinks about them
or just made it up about witches of the Caribbean which they are real ones .....you can also search on the internet about them and then get your own conclutions and write the book .....you can also write a book and then mixed it with religion opinions .....or
Just use your imagination telling a story about yourself and the experiences with witches saying that there's people that we can swear they are ...and they are not ....and someothers that we would never think they are ....they are ...about teenager novel always have good sense of humour and do not pretend to be who you are not...so use your own intelectual way and your age way and your ideas and you will see how wonderful this book can be ........

A good subject! If you are going for a witch fantasy, try doing some research. Look up medival times, the occult, the salem witch trials and ask yourself "What would I think if I was a teen living in these times?"

Good luck!

Listen to cibugg. Create the main character first then give him a situation to solve. Throw in enough obstacles to keep the plot moving.

Oh, it's a good idea to create a secondary character called a foil. Your main character will need someone to talk to.

Looks like you need more help than yahoo people can give you.
Find a gost writer first, and ask questions of her/him. It will cost you several thousand dollars to obtain a ghost writer or proof reader for your manuscript. Do you still like to write a book???
