When it comes to spray paint what does it mean to have 750 ml compared to 100 ml? I am a n00b at this, so if some one could please tell me.

This would refer to the amount of paint in the container. 750 milliliters is more than 100 milliliters, so there is more in that can.

that's the amount of spray paint inside. 750 mL (750 milliliters) is equal to about 25 ounces.
