It's from a book called "The Poems of Light" and it wasn't written in English, so this is my translation (it sounds a lot better in its original form). Here it is:

My beauty,
your eyes are so black that at night
When I lie with my head in your lap
it seems to me
that your deep eyes are the spring
from which misteriously flows the nigth over the valleys
and over the mountains and over the plains
covering the earth with a sea of darkness.
So black are your eyes,
my light.

Martin Luther King for his patience, tenacity, and faithfulness
Nelson Mandela for his lifelong dedication to the fight against racism)

If 'believers' believe that God has already predetermined mankind's life from beginning to end...then it would be correct to say that He also created non-believers?

Right after 9/11/01 someone emailed me a poem. I can not remember the title. The poem was quite long. Some of the verses were written as though the 9/11 victims were talking to John Kennedy, Martin Luther King Jr, and i think veterns from various wars. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Do you know where I might be able to find a copy of this poem.

What do you say to someone who is jealous of you because you are moving on to bigger and better things and joining a dance school? Isn't that person trying to hold me back? Tell me your opinions/advice. Note: I dropped all ties with this "friend"; he turned out to be an annoying a**hole.

ESOTERIC TRUTH OF LOVE

Come what may, twister or storm,
Trees have to dare
Just like you they too can't run,
But they're still there

No matter how fast you chase it,
Love is so spry
People spend there entire lives to find it,
But it disappears in a blink of an eye

It is saddening that you have no friends
But even if you had many,
The search for someone special actually never ends.
It's mournful that you've got no one, no shoulder to cry on,
But even if you had someone,
There's no one better than yourself to rely on

You tried to get love from others,
And miles away you sorely flew
Love is not present elsewhere,
It's a feeling within you

You have too much to live for
And suffreing is perennial

Like you, I too looked for love once,
But I freed myself from this endless pursuit
'It's within me' realize this truth,
And see you'll conquer the world.

BIRTH OF MY ESSENCE

I throw pebbles in the lake
I see the ripples forming in me

I step on the mountain rocks
But I feel something heavy on on me

I touch her skin, glowing and silky
I sense every body cell alive in me

I look at the sea, another world
I see the waves calling me

I watch the birds flying high
I experience the tickling flight in my belly

I rest under a shady tree
I suffer the blazing sun on my skin

I sit on bank of a gushing river
I feel the flowing force in me

I feel like a speedy river
Flowing wherever the land is taking me

I peek into the depth of valley
I feel the nature carving me

I never pluck a beautiful flower
I fear the fragrance will vanish out of me

I'm writing a fictional story. The lady has gotten too drunk on her semi-first date. She is not a local but he is. He drives her back to his place, takes off her pants and shirt and dresses her in a comfy pair of P.J.'s that his female roomate owns. Then tucks her into his bed and he sleeps in the lazy boy in the living roof. Is this unrealistic or how would she possible handle this when she wakes up. Just need some female point of view.
Thanks
