The Question is based on a book: The Odessey of Homer

In the first paper you should explore an image, set of images or Homeric simile from the Odyssey to see how it shows the action of the work as a whole, particularly related to Odysseus' homecoming. Examples of this include the olive tree (which we've done a good bit of work with in class), the bow, seating arrangements, birds, food, etc. Do not summarize the action, but rather dwell with one image to see how it illuminates the action.

(what does she mean by "action")

I have a glass candy bowl -approx 100 yrs. old. It has blue white opaque fluted edges. When I hold up the bowl to the light and look through the edges I see orange. I was really surprised when I first saw this. It is beautiful. What is the name of this kind of glass?

Yes, it's true.....He was only 20 yrs. old. He was in bed. They said there were
no alcohol or drugs in his system. SAD..........And she has just given birth to a
baby girl two days earlier. He was a really good kid.
