i believe that homosexuals are born gay but the question is why has nature created something that is somewhat against its typical design? i believe that humans evolve not only physically through time but also mentally as well. in my oppinion homosexuality is one of those evolutions, men and women have evolved beyond just the physical desire to reproduce, but to interact socialy with there own sex. this could also be a way that nature is dealing with overpopulation, creating people who do not have the inate desire to reproduce but still contribute to society in an essential manor, an example being taking care of/adopting children/offspring that are unwanted or deserted.
i could go on but it would be alot, if someone wants me to elaborate any further just say so

My wife and I visted London last year and when the tide went out we retrieved over 200 pipe stem pieces from banks of the Thames near the Globe Theater. Spectators of Shakespearean plays in the 17th century use to smoke pipes during intermission and then threw them in the river when through. We may make necklaces with them. Who might be interested? Student majoring in Theater, English, Arts or General. Please list country? Thanks

maybe something about life etc. that was full of wonder and mystery to you as a child but then you grow up and find out the facts about it......and yet that thing still holds a certain mystery for you. It's grasped intellectually but that factual knowing hasn't diminished the wonder of it.

It had a girl and a boy character, and on every page there was a new scene, like a building, boat, plane etc. all built from building blocks. I can't really remember what happened in it, if anything because I was very small, or the name of the book or author, but it was a library book which I loved, I saw it in the library at Mere Green maybe 1980-ish. I remember they both had black hair, the girl's hair was in a bob which was very wide. I think it had only a small amount of colour in it.
If anyone could tell me what it is, I would be very grateful, as I would love to have a copy.
I remember the boy and girl were quite small in relation to the pictures, and I don't think it had much in the way of text either, it was aimed at pre-school children, and I don't think it was part of a series.
It definitely wasn't Topsy and Tim. I don't think it was Mark and Mandy, the drawings were cartoony, with flat colours, without much shading.
Apologies if you previously answered/read this question.

try to stay away from the biological response to this question, ie; eat, sleep and crap.

Though if you must then feel free to say just that :-)

People said that he was a better war-time leader than a peace-time leader and so after WWII he lost re-election to Atlee.

I wanted to know what were the main reasons why he lost that election. Also once he finally did get re-elected again, did he prove to be an effective leader during his second term?

Hope my question makes sense but if anyone could explain in their own words, that'd be a big help.

For example people compare Eragon to Lord of the Rings, Star Wars and Harry Potter; because they have similar characters and plots. The same applies to any book that is in the same category as another "classic." When will we run out of characters and plots?
