i believe that homosexuals are born gay but the question is why has nature created something that is somewhat against its typical design? i believe that humans evolve not only physically through time but also mentally as well. in my oppinion homosexuality is one of those evolutions, men and women have evolved beyond just the physical desire to reproduce, but to interact socialy with there own sex. this could also be a way that nature is dealing with overpopulation, creating people who do not have the inate desire to reproduce but still contribute to society in an essential manor, an example being taking care of/adopting children/offspring that are unwanted or deserted.
i could go on but it would be alot, if someone wants me to elaborate any further just say so

evolution does not happen over night either, yes there were homosexuals in ancient greece, but i am sure there are more now then there were then, and it could be possible that homosexuality has always been impeaded into the human population as a sort of control, yes the breeders are still breeding as they always will, but there are fewer born if they are born homosexual

typically, an organism wants to reproduce to pass on its genetic material, but there are many cases where animals cooperate and do not need to reproduce to "pass on" its genetics (e.g. ants, bees).
love is basically something that humans made up. why is it that humans must only "love" someone of the opposite sex? that's human society. a good example from the animal world might be dolphins. dolphins male-pair bond and spend most of their lives together. granted, part of male-pair bonding is to increase the odds of successful reproduction, but do they stay with the female? no. they stay with their male partner (usually a relative, but not always). some might think that this is "gay," but it's just a way of life. why is it that we have to continuously question why people are or are not gay?
i think that we should start questioning why and why not people become murderers or rapists or other bad things instead.

I don't know if nature created homosexuality so I can't really take a stand with either of the two theories. I think it's possible some people are born with gay tendencies (perhaps that's the "nature" part of it) and some people are born with other tendencies, but I believe that homosexuality is a sin-at least in committing the act-because I believe in the Bible. Nature itself has things about it that are a result of the fall of man. Still, it is hard for me to answer this question because I do not judge homosexuals NOR would I say I think they are going to Hell. It is ultimately up to God, and He is mysterious; He is both a just God and a merciful God at the same time.

i replaced into purely observing some thing the day previous about evolution. between the substantial difficulty's in evolution is alturism and they were searching at termites. In a termite mound with thousands and thousands of termites, fantastically a lot ninety% of the termites are sterile. Evolution did not clarify this yet one guy got here up with the theory that termites do their interest (eg workers) because they are all proper and it really is for the great element about the colony and species particularly than the fellow. this would clarify homosexuality besides as others that won't be able to have little ones for inspite of reason, is they make a contribution to the inhabitants without contributing that's own genes.

there were gays in ancient greece, so where is the evolution??? Gays are only people who are attracred to other people of the same sex...Why do we have to think of us as anything but that...Why do the people gay or not gay are always looking for an excuse to homosexuality???
Homosexuality is just a reality...We are among you, we are like you, we are even you...
As for homosexuality being the solution of anything...well...yes imagine now a law coming out...4 out of every ten new born babies must be gay, parents do your best and turn your baby into a little queer, America will thank you!!!

Where did we get the idea that every man and woman couple needs to have children?homosexuality is as natural a love as the one between man and woman, and as you said can provide loving care to unwanted children. We have listened to the wrong story for too long, let's make up new ones.

I tend to believe your theory has some merit.

It is not unlike the diminishing sperm count of the average human male. Something is happening, evolutionarily speaking.

It could curb population expansion but I seriously doubt that it would be a "solution." The breeders would still be breeding.

No, it is not an evolution, it just happen because we are humans and for that not perfect as God, besides He gave us free will.

i can't answer like you want because I will never be convinced that homosexuals were born homosexuals. God gave us free will. This is not meant to offend you, but please find him soon.
