1. Reflect a little on your life because humans may be the only creatures who have the ability to be self-reflective and the universe needs you.
2. Have a big plan and a small one and try to advance somewhat towards their completion because this will make you feel good.
3. Try something new even if you're afraid, when you feel your heart thumping you'll know you're alive.

Brush AND floss teeth. I cannot stress enough that you must thoroughly floss.

If you need a third thing to do, it might be nice to pay someone a compliment - especially someone who doesn't get one too often. Like you could tell a person that they look nice today. It will make them feel so good, and you too.

Tell at least one lie to your boss, teacher, parent etc.
Use your (or someone else's) credit card for purchase less than £1.
Laugh out loud, suddenly at an inappropriate time,for no reason at all, then carry on as if it never happened.

2. do something that makes your heart beat faster so you can feel the adrenalin rush.
