I've won a number of first/second prizes in live raffles by repeatedly saying my name over and over in my head, right before the draw.

Is this magick? I do not belong / subscribe to any magickal "tradition" nor use any kind of ritual.

A man has bought 36 dozens of eggs, but he has spilled his coffee on his receipt. Thus, he can only read two numbers of the total price: _8,5_$ (underscores represent numbers he can't read). He remembers that a dozen costs less than 2,00$. Can you find the total price back?

That's the only thing I've been able to do:
36p = 10x+8.5+0.01y
10x+0.01y < 63.5
x has to be an integer, so x E [1,6]
Please help!

She says she's Danish every chance she gets. There have always been rumors that she's Hispanic. I think she could be part Danish and part Hispanic. She just doesn't look white to me. Her skin may look white, but it's a fallacy that Hispanics can't have white skin. Gloria Estefan is Puerto Rican, and has the features, but her skin is light. She's not white racially; she's got the mixed Latina blood. And like I said, I think CZJ could be part white which accounts for the complexion. Her features don't look European to me at all. She has that exotic beauty, like Salma Hayek, that typically white women don't have. She looks like she has some Chinese, maybe a few gens back. She looks a lot like Kristin Kruek, who is half Danish, half Chinese. I'm not saying CZJ isn't Danish, but there's more there. Hispanic women through the ages have lied and changed their names, like Rita Hayworth, because of racism. Also, CZJ smokes and still looks pretty good for her age - few whites can do that.

Assuming that I would be selected as a Naval Supply Officer, I was wondering what my housing situation would entail after all training was completed.

As a single male officer (junior), would I be more likely to be forced to live on base or outside of the base?

thank you for your help!

What is your most interesting story behind a car accident you were involved in.

I hit another car this week because I was distracted looking at a car accident. While I was getting a ticket from the police officer another accident occured 50 feet away for the same reason. - At least the police officer didn't have to move his cruiser for an hour.

So I took my first crack at making jerky a couple of weeks before the holidays and long story short the finished product ended up too salty, some of the thinner slices were nigh unedible.

I cured the meat for 1 hour using an improvised mix of iodized table salt and sodium nitrite from the lab I work in because I was not able to find a proper recipe nor official cure in the store. I did this in a 99 to 1 ratio based on some reading I found. Following the cure I rinsed the meats with water pretty well.

For the base marinade, which I believe is the culprit, I made a solution of soy sauce and Worcestichire sauce in a ratio of 2 to 1. Following that I split the liquid portion of the batch in two and spiced the halves differently, one was intended to be spicy while the other was more of Indian teriyaki I guess with saffron, both contained substantial portions of brown sugar which I figured would offset the saltiness which I was expecting to a certain degree.

What changes to make?

I went on a few dates with a guy that seemed very nice and sweet and I was attracted to him. A few days ago I was round in place we started kissing and he led me to his bedroom.

He just seemed very clumsy and nervous. He was not good at foreplay and he ejaculated about a 1 minute after I masturbated him and his penis was very small. Then he tells me it usually takes him a good 20 minutes before he is ready to go again. We did not have intercourse, He said to me - "may I enter you" and it just seemed so wrong and cold. I just asked him to give me a back massage and that was it.

He really is a nice guy and he is 35 who has been in relationships before. But that episode really put me off and I am not sure if I even want to try again.
He keeps on messaging me and sending me texts. How do I tell him?

Iam a white American(Who loves Filipino culture) with a question. Why are they?Filipinos are not Hispanics! Here are the reasons:
1)Filipinos don`t consider themselves Hispanic! They consider themselves Asians!
2)Filipinos have their own language Tagalog(It`s a seperate language from Spanish!I may have Spanish words, but its grammer sturcture is different!)
3)Other Asians(including Chinese and Japanese) consider Filipinos Asian, not Hispanics
4)Most Filipinos don`t have Spanish blood!Instead they have Malay ancestry!
5)Philippines is in Asia not SOUTH AMERICA!
Note to all Filipinos who think Philippines should accept the Spanish being its official language and culture:You guys are traitors! You guys don`t have a sense of loyalty towards Philippines and Asian culture!By accepting Spanish culture and language, you just allowed the Spanish to colonize and rule you guys and show you that Spanish are supreme over Filipinos,Asians, and other nonwhites they connquered!Stop disgracing yourselves

My parents were divorced when I was 12. Now, I'm 19 years old, and I live with my mom, who is now a single parent. My mom always wanted to find a new husband and live happily. She had a crush on a married man 3 years ago, and I was very angry at her, because I know how it feels to have a father who has an affair with someone, and that's why my parents got divorced. Now, my mom's new crush is a widower whose wife was dead 3 weeks ago. The problem is, this guy is from a middle class family, while my mom is a very successful woman, high educated, with a high salary job. I don't find that guy is suitable for my mom, I don't ask my mom to marry an oil tycoon either ... I just don't agree with her choice. My mom is angry at me now, she kept telling me that I invaded her love life and her privacy. I didn't mean to disrespect her at all. I just don't want her to make the same mistake.

Am I really invading her privacy? Am I wrong?

We are having fried catfish, garden salad and french fries. This is the catch -- there will be approximately nine people including myself. Their ages range from 53 to 90 years old and they are all african-american. I know you are probably thinking "What does their race have to do with it?". Well I'll tell you why ... they are old (especially the ones that are 60 and up) and they are very picky. If it's not southern-style food then they want no parts of it. Also, a lot of older people don't think younger people can cook -- at least not like them anyway.

I need something that they will eat. I know they love catfish so that's a win, but if I make some fancy appetizers chances are they'll end up in the garbage. I don't have any money to waste so I really need some suggestions.

10 points to the first person who gives the best answer.
