That's good that you are working on doing good things for your day and not giving your life over to unhealthy habits. Surfing the net is okay for limited amounts of time for harmless fun or to research, but it should be kept in moderation and not put ahead of loved ones or work. Keep up the good work, and make sure to find healthy/fun things to do that aren't at a computer for your happiness, like riding a bike, or taking art or music classes.

Good for you. A wise man will avoid places where evil and sins lurk. Sex and the internet are not evil things in themselves, but if they consume your existence and torment you, then you know that it is the right time to take action. You are the only one who can make that decision and do whatever you think is right to bring balance in your life, whether by going to the temple or church, talking to a spiritual advisor or a counsellor, taking up a new sport or hobby, etc.

this is a big problem today, in the past porn was in dirty run down sections of the city in dirty stores with dirty men in them, now just a few clicks and BAM, it is everywhere on the Internet, there are even pervs who target kids with the stuff, the more people look at these things the richer these scums get from posting them, it is very addictive, I suggest you look into researching a man named Dr. James Dobson, he has a lot of great stuff to help people stop

Yeah and join a gym, you'll be too tired to think about sex....also you might want to get a hobby. Not that there's anything wrong with thinking about sex--just don't overdo it.
