Why is it that a Black person can say don't trust whitey and that is acceptable but I can't DECIDE to NOT like someone based on race? WHY? I am just asking a question, is it not my constitutional right to choose to NOT like a particular race?

I got a Playstation 3 for Christmas, and I have two games; Tony Hawk's Proving Ground, and Assassin's Creed, of which both have frozen multiple times. On THPG, when I go into career mode, when I
m learning "Nail the Grab", it will freeze. And when I play Assassin's creed, it'll freeze from time to time. And it's getting frustrating, any ideas? BTW those games are BRAND NEW and virtually have NO scratches YET.

Since God as you always claim is a merciful one, why can't He just welcome us all and let us enter His kingdom? You say that He said to "love the sinner and hate the sin." So why if we sin, we are thrown in hell? Is throwing us in hell loving us? If He loves us why should we be thrown in hell for eternity for the sins we made in this finite life?
You always say that His love is unconditional. But why are there conditions for us to go to heaven?
Is it hard for Him to accept the fact that we are not perfect like Him (as you claim)?
Why should we believe Him to have his gifts? I know many fathers whose sons don't recognize them and even think of them as a disgrace.But still, these fathers love their sons fully and still give them their part of the inheritance. Why can't your God just be like them and accept us all in His heaven?

I know this has probably been asked before, but I'm curious about how people feel in dreams. For example, you may be unaware that you are dreaming but be conscious in the sense that you are thinking and deciding like you would in your waking life, but still not realize you are dreaming. Or, you may lucid dream and make conscious decisions and realize you are dreaming.

I am almost always conscious during my dreams, and I think and feel about the same, other than reduced physical abilities like running slowly. I also seem to keep my moral values, and even in dreams I think that something is wrong, or that I shouldn't do it, even if I am lucid dreaming. However, somehow I dismiss things like breathing underwater. For example yesterday I convinced myself it was just bad for you, and that it was simply special water. Last night I had a lucid dream, and the way I found out I was dreaming was because I am in high school, but I dreamed I was in middle school.

"Amateurish" probably comes off as a condescending and offensive description, but honestly I don't know how else to characterize these arguments:

No SUVs on Mars
800 year lag a.k.a. CO2 lags behind temperature
It's just a natural cycle
It's caused by the Sun
Warmer is better
No warming since 1998 a.k.a. global warming has stalled

Even some skeptical scientists like Bob Carter make these kinds of claims. I call them "amateur" because if you just spend a little time analyzing the data, these arguments fall apart rapidly.

Yet they make up a huge percentage of the arguments made by the skeptics and deniers. We correct them all the time, and yet the same claims are made even by a few scientists and people on Y!A who should know better by now.

What gives? And is there another perhaps less offensive way to characterize these arguments?
