Any real estate/builder insight out there?

My wife and I are looking at a house in Salisbury MD. We've talked to the builder rep all last weekend, and will again this tomorrow.

Here is the situation -
We've comped a recent sale (same builder and same house model), sold last month... a perfect comp!

That house was listed 299k and sold for 290k with 5k going to buyer for closing... so 285k total.

Builder wanted to base price our same model house at 309k.

Builder has dropped our base price to 287500 now (closer to the 285k recent sale... since that house had no upgrades)

Our upgrades total 27k (you know that's where his money is made from), BUT we are going along with it... just to make things a little smoother.

Problem is... the base of 287500 + 27k upgrades should be 314500!! Well the builder is now set at 330k total because he wants us to cover realtor fees! Something (that in any other normal sale) would be covered by the seller. 6-7k total.

Any ideas what to do??

ok here is the thing about 1 year ago i was living in my own apartment and i had all my papers at my moms house ( social security and all other papers) and so a few months ago i was at my mothers house and the mail man gave me the mail and i saw a letter from chase it was a credit card bill , i never in my life had opened a chase C.C and it was 2,000 dollars in depth.I have called the company and they told me that they cant tell me any information because it went to depth collection, if i call the collection i know for a fact they wont believe me and they are going to give me problems.Now i know it has to be either my mother or my sister that did this to me, and i just want to find out what was bought so i could find out who did this to me

I have this area of notes in my range in between my lower high notes and my higher high notes that I can hit really well where I crack alot. Are there any exersizes I can do to improve this area?

Also, I can sing very high, and on a good day, I can hit some of the whistle range notes. Not greatly, but ok-ish.

I am in choir and take vocal lessons. I am also in an auditioned choir

Ok, so I just bought a pair of bright yellow pants, which is awesome in itself because I've been searching for some for months, but anyway now that I've got them I'm having trouble finding things to wear with them. So far I'll I've got to match them are tee-shirts and where I live it's too cold to be wearing those out.
The pants are similar to the ones in this picture of Hayley Willams, except are bootcut, not skinny jeans:
