I have this area of notes in my range in between my lower high notes and my higher high notes that I can hit really well where I crack alot. Are there any exersizes I can do to improve this area?

Also, I can sing very high, and on a good day, I can hit some of the whistle range notes. Not greatly, but ok-ish.

I am in choir and take vocal lessons. I am also in an auditioned choir

Many high sopranos have problems with their mid range. Talk to your vocal coach and ask for work on it. That is what you use the most anyway. Being able to hit the really, really high notes does you no good, cause no one writes music for it.

If you are currently taking voice lessons, ask your instructor to help you work on those middle pitches. Since they work with you personally and know your vocal habits, they'd be best suited to help you.
