Australia has put up a clinic against India in all facets of the game
Batting, bowling and fielding too
The thing that caught my eye was when Aussies were batting in their 1st innings, even though wickets kept falling down and no shots were available to be played (good discipline by Indian bowlers and no bad balls being put forth), Aussies continue to rotate the strike, keep the scorebard ticking and continued to run between the wickets
they converted 1s into 2s, 2s into 3s and no wonder it looked like they had a "large" total even though they played average cricket
and the middle batsmen forced the issue and played their usual shots instead of waiting around for a bad ball to come by
why can't India do that?
haven't they learned that the wait and watch for the bad ball to arrive to be punished approach doesn't work outside of India (especially in Australia)
when are they ever gonna learn to play aggressive cricket and fight fire with fire instead of being soft and passive?
