No-one knows, and I hope we don't get any. Trying to walk about on a very slippery (snowy/icy) surface is something I do not relish, partricularly since my current disabilities means that I am not that stable on my feet as it is.

I am old enough to remember 'THE BIG FREEZE' of 1962/63 when it snowed on Boxing Day 1962 and the snow didn't melt until midway through March 1963. We had so much snow and ice my neighbour and I were able to build an igloo (Inuit fashion) on the grass verge outside our homes. It stayed there for 3 months.

If you want snow, tune in to Ski Sunday, I think on BBC-2 on Sunday afternoon.

The last thing we need here in London is snow of any kind. Usually if we get say half an inch of the stuff the entire city freezes up, nothing moves and the trains don't work and no one gets to work or the shops.

Snow costs London zillions of lost pounds.

No sir, we do not want or need snow here.

There's only two places on the planet who know how to deal with snow, Canada and Russia and they can keep it too.

Just look what happened in the States couple days back when they got big snow blinding blizzards. Cars stuck, people frozen half to death.

Snow! No thanks - bring on the warm mild So'Western rains.

My garden is now a bog. Keep raining. We now have a day time temp here in SE London of about 55 Farenheit - good.
