I like to serve people.But I don't have time to do something as i'm busy with my career.How can I do it without disturbing my career?

If you have any freetime at all, create some Christian BibleStudy Software, whether for young children, or churches, donate it to a church.

Being a software engineer myself, I recommend doing something on the weekend. During the summers I restore wildlife habitat. :)

Solution: rearrange your priorities.

Less bugs, more productivity, better unit tests, more comments in your code, neater code, better refactoring, better use of design patterns, etc. Basically do a better job.
