States are all different, in MI a builder will charge you about $125-165 per s/ft for single story ranch houses. Bare bones. Goodies are extra.

it all depends buddy. there's no definate. It depends on the material you want to build it out of, wiring, etc. there's no definate price. your best bet is to talk to an architect or other contractor
