My 17 year old cat (that has gone blind) is going round and round in circles. She went blind about 4 months ago but in the last 3 days she just goes round and round. She cries because she is mixed up and dizzy. What can I do?

My sister's on answers, and has asked a few questions about her husband, with his ex, sneaking around, etc. Can someone give her some advice that she could do... possibly step by step?? Here are some of the details: Her husband, we'll call him rave (lol) was engaged/living with a girl we'll call rammy. He broke up with my sister several times while dating her, and went back out with rammy. Eventually, he & my sister got married. Everything was good, they had fights now and then, as just about every married couple does. Then out of the blue, five years into their marriage, my sister discovered he had called rammy to wish her a happy birthday. a few months later, she found out that he was emailing her and meeting her at the bar. he said he would stop. then a few months ago, she found out that he had a secret email account, and had been emailing rammy from his parent's house so that my sister wouldn't find out. this has been going on for quite some time now, and i am out of advice.

Take for example something like a soda bottle or cigarette bud (which I do not even smoke, so this is purely hypothetical) and I throw it on the street after finishing with it. These things are *not* biodegradable, so it is littering and therefore illegal.

However, say I was eating a banana and threw the peel on the ground or perhaps threw some biodegradable paper on the ground. These things *are* biodegradable and will eventually dissolve, so does that still make it littering / illegal?

A totally random question, but one I find interesting nonetheless.

its really scary, my little sisters, age 3, 6 and 8 watch television all day, thats like all they do. my 6 year old sister got picture books for christmas, an she promply threw them in the trash. they dont ask for bedtimes stories, they want to watch sprout, they dont read or look at books, or even play with their dolls. they've never played on their swingset, and theyve never made a snow man or jumped in a pile of leaves, or played tag. they dont play pretend, and ive never seen a sign of an imagination from any of them. i think this situation is so scary, but my mother is so busy, she jus lets the tv babysit them for 6 hours on up each day, in fact, i dont know that its ever off. what can i do bout this?

I've been considering starting a paranormal investigation group. Although, I won't get it up and running all that quickly because there are a few items that I need, some equipment. Depending on what happens this year with things I may be able to get it up and running. I know that the Bible says something about our planet being the center of the universe, but really now ....
There are billions of stars in our galaxy (the Milky Way) and there are billions of galaxies in our universe ... doesn't it only seem logical that there MUST be some other form of life out there?
I think that there IS life out there, but it's not necessarily the life that we would want to meet. If Life can create "monsters" like the dinosaurs, then I think there's some pretty scary stuff out there. Any one else feel me on this?
