Of that list, I'd have to choose Tom Seaver. He and Ryan played closest to the contemporary game, and Seaver is the better of those two pitchers. I think he'd still be dominant, although as an earlier post mentioned his numbers would be inflated due to smaller parks, etc.
I just don't know enough about Satchel Paige to evaluate him fairly. I've read hundreds of pages about the guy, but ultimately much of it is hyperbole and exaggeration. Whitey Ford was a good pitcher, but not on the level of a Seaver. And while Cy Young dominated in his time, I think he'd be overmatched today because of how the game and its athletes have changed.

They are all hall of famers and all would have done well in today's MLB. Page, unfortunately, never got to play in the majors at his prime, but that doesn't prevent us from knowing he was among the greatest ever. The white players who played against him in off-season exhibition games all said he was just as great as any other pitcher of the era, if not greater than any of them. It might be interesting to see how Young would have fared, since he played in such a totally different era than the other four.
If Ryan came up today, I think he would get made into a closer. He was a bullpen pitcher at the start of his career, anyway, I believe. He always had problems with consistency. I think with the emphasis on having a big shut-down arm at the end of the game that we see now would have directed him along those lines.

Nolan Ryan. A great fastball and good control (later in his career) along with a wicked breaking ball would be successful in any era.

All of them but Ryan. Ryan was simply a fluke and is the most overrated pitcher of all time. He would get knocked around today more than a hoe w/ 3 pimps.

All of them but Ryan, since they relied on more than just a fastball. Ryan would be worn out by post-Strike of '94 baseball. The rest, given their quick minds, their variance of pitches, and the same defensive and batting support they actually had, would've been fine.

Nolan Ryan, without a doubt. I think he would've been better in the dead ball era rather than the modern era, but of those five guys, he's the best power pitcher. Regardless of ERA, they are always in demand. Justin Verlander, Johan Santana, and Joel Zumaya would agree.

Satchel Paige. would do the best I'd think but they would all do good.. I think Cy and Whitey would do the worst. Ryan wouldn't last as long in todays game... today's DH would kill him... Seaver and Satchel are the best "pitchers" on the list and they would do the best in today's game. Their numbers would be inflated tho... hitters are better now than they used to be.
