Hi,
You can create custom paper sizes in the Page Setup dialogs of Word and Excel.
Excel has View > Page Break Preview. You can get rid of all the page breaks there.
The trick is to find a printer that has feed for continuous paper loaded on rolls. Where I work we have a neat Epson 4000 printer that handles rolls of paper up to 6 feet long.
I think you should be able to find such a printer available for your use at a large library, university library, or maybe Kinkos or Office Max

Check for custom page size settings in either program.
Then set the printer to the same default settings, with manual feed.
You should be able to get it to run a very long page. But I do not know what the limit will be to the size.
