I ran my first Half Marathon this December. It was the St. Jude's Memphis Marathon and I finished really strong. I am looking for a good first full marathon in the mid to late spring, and wanted to know your thoughts. PLEASE do not reply and say it is too early to do a full marathon, I have already completed a 20 mile long run in a moderately hilly area. I just want to make sure this marathon has good support, runner friendly, and is a good overall experience. There are mixed reviews at http://www.marathonguide.com/races/racedetails.cfm?MIDD=1726060429 but that doesn't mean much to me because there was a lot of criticism about the St. Judes and I thought it was great! Somebody who has run both the Memphis and Louisville Marathon input would be appreciated.

my parents always held back a present from christmas for new years day , after all the excitement of christmas and getting so much as we did , we were always given a present after new years day dinner , i had forgotton about the tradition up until last year when my parents were staying with me , and after our dinner they presented the children and i a gift , we all had a book mine was a film book a passion of mine anyway , i will carry on this tradition this year does anyone else do the same , ?

hi, i usually have a 38-41 day cycle and im not on any form of oral contraception. around day 26-29 of my (38-41 day) cycle, i experienced some light bleeding, enough to put a panty liner on. I am now 2 days delayed from my actual period and was wondering if the prior bleeding is really midcycle bleeding or is it already my period and my cycle's going haywire. or, still worse, could i be pregnant? i have had sex but all of them doubly protected.

Farmer Brown goes out one day & buys a brand new stud rooster for his chicken.The cocky young rooster walks over to the old rooster & says: "OK,old fellow, time to retire."
The old rooster says:"You can't handle all these chickens; look what it did to me!"
The young rooster replies: "Now don't give me hassle about this old man. It's time for the old to step aside & the young take over, so take a hike!"
The old rooster says:"Aw, c'mon, just let me have those two old hens over there in the corner. I won't bother you."
The young rooster snarls:"Scram!Beat it! You're washed up! I'm taking over!"
The old rooster thinks for a minute & then says to the young rooster: "I'll tell you what, young fellow, I'll have a race around the farm house with you. Whoever wins the race gets full domain over the chicken coop."
The young rooster smiles:"You know I'm going to beat you, old man. So just to be fair, I'm even going to give you a head start."
The two roosters line up at the back of the farm house.
