An oldie but a favourite of mine..........

A baby was just born. He had all his pieces and looked quite normal, except that he was laughing like mad. All the doctors and nurses were examining the little thing in front of the worried parents but he kept on laughing and laughing and laughing...his tiny fists all closed and tears rolling from his eyes. One at a time, a paediatrician unfolded the tiny fingers to check if the hand was all right, and...guess what he found?

I am needing to find a piece of art for my properties design that I am taking to competition in February. I am looking for a picture that preferably has a person in it with some different objects in it, or decorations that feel like they belong to the person in the picture. If one is not available with a person in it then I would like a room with objects and decorations that truly look like they are in their proper place. Thanks.

I am a junior in high school and am very interested in going into the Psychology field. So far, Developmental Psychology sounds best, but I've just begun learning.
Any advice from those who are working towards/have already obtained a Masters in the field or higher? Is there a big need for Psychologists like there is for nurses?

Okay. I have just cleaned out my old cases of CD's (computer games, mostly) and have about 200. I was wondering if there is any thing anybody out there has done with them, becuase throwing them out would seem like such a waste. i received my acceptance packet for DePaul a few days ago and, although i'm also applying to Northwestern, i'm seriously considering going to DePaul [as a backup plan if i don't get into NU].

as a non-Catholic, i wanted to get an idea of how strict the rules are at DePaul in terms of curfews, coed dorms, ... and stuff. i currently live in Texas and i know that at HBU, students are required to take a sort of spiritual course that couples with community service or something in order to graduate. i'm wondering if DePaul is similar? [christ, i hope not.]

i think it's really bizarre to believe God loves you all individually, and that he has a purpose for you and the whole Creationalist "there were no dinosaurs" theory blah blah blah...
if there is a god, does he not have better things to do with his time that bother with us? why does he have to care?

g'day.

I am after a new video card (PCI-E) for use with CAD software like ArchiCAD and Revit. It needs to be able to handle lots of 3D rendering. I am looking at anything up to about $400. What is the best card for the job? I have been looking at the Leadtek Quadro FX560 128MB and was wondering how it compares to the gaming video cards like the GEFORCE 8600GTS 256MB. Anything i should be looking for in a card for CAD use?? Can CAD cards be used for gaming also?
